Our Journey: The Story of Jishan Herbal
Jishan Herbal is not just a company; it’s the result of a dream my husband, Dr. Tejas Ratneshwar, and I, Dr. Payal Ratneshwar, nurtured together. Both of us have been passionate about holistic healing and natural wellness since the beginning of our medical careers. While I am a BAMS Ayurvedic consultant, my husband is an MD in Homeopathy. Together, we saw the potential of Ayurveda and natural remedies to make a difference in people’s lives.
We started our journey 14 years ago with very little—a small manufacturing setup and a big vision. Our goal was simple: to provide pure and authentic Ayurvedic herbs to practitioners who needed reliable products for their patients. It wasn’t easy in the beginning. There were countless challenges, but with determination, honesty, and faith, we slowly grew.
Turning Dreams Into Reality
As we gained experience and built trust with our clients, we expanded our focus. What started with simple herbal supplies soon grew into a full-fledged manufacturing facility. Today, Jishan Herbal is a GMP, FDA, and FSSAI-certified manufacturing plant, offering a wide range of Ayurveda, nutraceutical, skincare, and pet care products.
We’ve had the privilege of collaborating with over 50 companies worldwide. It fills us with pride that our products are now reaching people in the USA, Australia, and Europe, along with India.

Giving Back to the Community
At Jishan Herbal, we believe in the power of Ayurveda to improve lives, especially for those in need. One of our proudest initiatives is our work addressing malnutrition in children. Through our research-based product, CHOCOHERB, we are tackling the issue of poor nutrition among underprivileged children.
CHOCOHERB is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine enriched with herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Tulsi, and Bhoomi Amla. It not only supports physical and mental well-being but also improves liver and intestinal functions, helping children absorb nutrients better. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, we actively collaborate with NGOs and organizations to provide CHOCOHERB to children in need, helping them grow healthier and stronger.
This initiative is close to our hearts because it allows us to use our expertise and resources to make a real difference. Seeing the smiles of healthier children and the hope it brings to their families motivates us to keep moving forward.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come from where we started. What was once a small venture has now become a globally recognized brand. But for us, the journey doesn’t end here.

Dr. Tejas Ratneshwar
Dr Tejas Ratneshwar has done his MD in Homoeopathy and is Professor since year 2000. He ha s vast experience of treating patients suffering from chronic diseases with the help of Homoeopathy and traditional medicine.
Area of focus remains on chronic diseases, diabetes, Rheumatoid arthritis, Migraine, Pain management, diseases of children and endocrine disorders.

Having a vast experience of clinical practice in Ayurveda and achieved mile stones in research and manufacturing Ayurveda preparations, it is proud that Dr. Payal and Dr. Tejas have proved the word “ Evidence Based Ayurveda “ by all means.
Dr. Payal’s activities has been recognised by Janmabhoomi group and Chitralekha group by publishing a thoughtful article about project of Malnutrition. Thousands of satisfied patients are true assets of this journey.
